T. Dunham Construction Inc. I highly recommend T Dunham construction! Terry did a great job dealing with the insurance company, shingling the roof, fixing some rotted siding, and cleaning up well! I could count on him to communicate well and stay on schedule. Some background: the insurance company completely denied my claim, so I had other contractors look at it. The first wasn’t interested in taking on the insurance company, the second would but only if we signed a contract binding us/our claim $ to him, then thank goodness I got a recommendation for T Dunham on Nextdoor! He knew the actual insurance laws (vs the insurance company’s “guidelines” they use to avoid paying) and took that huge weight of the fight off our shoulders! A definite 5-star company!
